Do you offer a trial period?
Yes. When you subscribe for any of our plan a trial period of 14 days starts. Once this trial period ends you will be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept annual invoiced payments and bank transfers for customers on the Entreprise plan. We do not accept Paypal.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. When you pay for a year up front, you get a 20% discount. We do not run any other offers or discounts outside of this.
Can I cancel anytime and get a refund?
You can cancel your account and subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds on payments that have already been made toward your service.
