You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Subscription(s) details, including but not limited to your email address and API keys. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your Subscription. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Subscription(s).

License and Restrictions

Subject to your full compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Oprand hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence for the duration of your Subscription(s) to access and use the Data for the purposes of accessing and using such of the Data as you have selected in the applicable Payment Plan (the Selected Data) and only to the extent and for these purposes:
You shall only access the Selected Data via the API or CLI Software, and use the Selected Data for your own internal use and display.

Limitation

In no event shall Oprand or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Oprand's website, even if Oprand or a Oprand authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Refunds

Partially used purchases are not refundable.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Oprand website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Oprand does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Oprand may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Oprand does not make any commitment to update the materials.
